Javier del taller has been very professional and I am satisfied with the work done (timing belt). However, communication with the call center has been very difficult ... I had notified them of the type of engine (after a replacement) in an email, but the call center never transmitted the information to the workshop, which has resulted in unnecessary extra expenses. In addition, I had notified the call center that it was impossible for me to return the replacement car at the scheduled time due to a professional obligation, nor did they notify the workshop ... Anyway, I recommend you call the workshop directly and stop at the call center. I insist, in the workshop perfect attention, an exemplary organization regarding sanitary measures, and worthy repair of the best VW centers.
