I went by appointment in time of coronavirus and it did not take long to call, the one who warns tremendously unpleasant and the one who gave me the ID very nice, it was fast, 12 euros to renew it and they give it to you at the moment.

As a Spaniard I went to renew my passport by appointment and they make me pay € 30. I was followed by a Maghrebian to renew the DNI but with a passport appointment, the agent who receives him tells him that this cannot be done, then he lets him pass to renew the DNI and on top of that it comes out free because he has changed residence . In Spain, foreigners are treated better than Spanish citizens. Gross!!!

Office more than outdated and useless for the number of people who have to accommodate .... long lines, even by appointment ... and I say: So that they meet at the coffee time of the officials ???? A procedure that forces us to make and keep in force and that being a service to the citizenship there are moments of being two people attending ..... shameful!
