In those difficult circumstances such as the loss of a loved one, I think Mémora gave us a very good treatment, in the budget, procedures, service and subsequent cremation, at all times they were kind and professional. Very good location just a little away from the city center and with easy parking for cars, it also has a crematorium in the same facility. Later they offer you to plant a tree in his memory for free. Fatal regarding information over the phone.
I have called to ask for information imagining that it could be the switchboard which they should have informed me, but what the boy did to me since the voice was a man and with an aggressive and rude tone he spoke to me and not giving me the information that he I requested and suddenly and abruptly I hung up, then I called again and they no longer took it from me.
This happened on Sunday 1/24/2021 at 2:37 PM.
