I understand the need for covid, but there are other diseases that seem to go into the background, it cannot be, we have to change this system or the public health of this community will collapse!

I wanted to thank all the nurses, assistants, doctors, ... from Unit 4, who have allowed us to be with my mother for the last hours of her life. People with little hearts, what with everything that is falling, have put themselves in our place. They have been affectionate with my mother and with the family. Thank you all. We DO value your work. My mother died of COVID.

Less than a year ago I was operated on at the Bidasoa Regional Hospital by Dr Laboa and his exceptional team. I can only say THANK YOU !!!! A magnificent treatment, a super professional service and a fabulous result. From the orderlies, nurses and nurses, the anesthetist (I did not find out about ANYTHING), the tremendous team of professionals who attended me in the operating room (there were more people than in a soccer field), the staff nurses with care and dedication Out of the ordinary, the deployment of means (the house through the window), the team of physiotherapists who treated me in rehabilitation, the doctor who takes care of that space ... I even liked the food. I repeat THANK YOU !! MANY THANKS!! A hug to all and all.

The attention, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, impeccable. The only but, the lack of mobile coverage. Unable to make calls, wassap ... Incomprehensible in a hospital that cares for so many people

I would like to convey, on the one hand, in general, to the entire emergency team, the assistance provided to me, last night (from July 26 to 27, 2020), both on the outgoing and incoming shifts, and on the other hand, and In a more personalized way, to an assistant or nurse (I do not know their work within the team) my situation, although it was not serious, was not very pleasant, but thanks to the human behavior this person achieved with such a simple gesture, like giving me Shake hands and spend a few moments of your time, to turn my situation around, and feel much better, thank you and a thousand thanks. I do not put the name of this person, because I suppose that the data protection law prevents it. But I hope that somehow this thanks will come to her, if it is not ONLY to all those who attended me. Salvador Hdez. A thousand thanks to the emergency team of the bidasoa regional hospital. Outgoing and incoming shift of the night from July 26 to 27, 2020. PS: and to all the rest of the people that make up the health and emergency services of this country, I do not forget what you have done, do and will continue to do for us, you make me feel proud.
