The owner is the most rude seller I've ever met in my life. He disrespected me, gave me a very free anger and left the store wanting to cry. All this with very bad milk, raising his voice but according to him "in good vibes". I offered to pay him the settlement two or three times, but he still refused, he wanted to humiliate me. I didn't say anything; I did not reply or answer him, I kept silent and waited for him to finish to go whistling. I would have gladly thrown the money at the counter and left, but with how rude it is, I am glad I didn't. He does not deserve it. I left the red tent like a tomato and stone; He took advantage that my husband was not with me to let off steam because it is clear that he wanted to tell us four things after having bought alliances. I only know that if I had done this in my work they would have thrown me out. A client should never be shouted at and told not to return with those intentions, just to ask if he would make a discount or if he would make the arrangement for free. You can always make a discount, and if you can't say politely, it can't be. I don't put a 0 because I can't. The only good thing is that it is cheaper than other jewelry stores. I will never return or recommend it. I guess that's what I wanted, not to go back anymore. Quiet we won't do it, and all our acquaintances don't either.
