Regrettable. The manager of the Coso Bajo de Huesca store was very bad treatment. Yelling at me on the phone and treating me and my partner very badly in person. To work in front of the public you cannot yell and treat your customers in bad ways. All very nice buying but when it comes to returning a gift it has been the worst deal and the worst experience I have had in my life with a dependent.

Scammers They gave me a gift on the 11th and the next day they didn't let us ask for the money back even though they told us that it could. They gave us a thousand problems and we had to endure a cocky and unpleasant attitude from the "manager / manager" of the store. I do not recommend buying at this store at all. I personally will never buy here again. I'd rather pay more in another establishment than leave my money in this one. What scoundrels!

I bought a mobile phone in this store three months ago and now the battery fails, as I have obviously tried to process through the warranty. The only thing I have received from these unpresentable ones has been bad answers, the lack of respect they have towards the clients (not only me, I have repeatedly witnessed that this is usual) is unjustifiable. After spending a week without a mobile phone and enduring the disinterest of the workers, including the manager, they finally processed the guarantee. The experience could not be more unpleasant.

After more than a year ago I put a claim, finally the consumer's office has given me the right and has imposed a penalty. I am not satisfied until they compensate the more than one year that they have had me without a cell phone. Claim if they cheat you, the process is long but do not let them get away with it
