I rented an AC with my friends and it has been a great experience, to go as a group, as a family, as a couple ... The AC was in perfect condition, very comfortable to rest, very well equipped. They gave us the explanations before taking her away therefore excellent pre and during trip care. They also recommended some nice places to go. We will repeat for sure with Somport Caravaning and we recommend it 100%, we have tried other companies before this one, and I must say that it is the one that has left us the most happy !! We rented an AC to take a trip to the north of Spain. When we start to use it, the rain catches us and there is a leak in the nasturtium, so we sleep 4 people in the back bunk, we call them to tell them and they ask us to go to a workshop and put silicone or something, once in The workshop uses a scaffolding to see it from above and they see that it had a slit in the roof of the nasturtium about 50 cm long, from some blow that they gave it that it already had mold inside, the sheet metal worker tells us that it had been like this for a long time. (In the final delivery they pay us the invoice). At 500 km we get the notice that there is little adblue, we fill it, it is assumed that the rental vehicles are delivered full and returned full. For those who do not know, adblue lasts thousands of KM (usually more than 6000). With all this, I am not looking for compensation of any kind, but I have paid everything that has been demanded (€ 165 per day) and € 600 deposit, that is, I have fulfilled as a client, the minimum is that the company fulfills its part, for At least what it advertises, as it says on the web that all vehicles are less than 1 year old, it is a lie, the one that I brought was 2 and a half, easy to know just by looking at the documentation. Or about the awning, I have paid the same as someone who has had it at their disposal and I did not have it. Finally I have had the feeling that the employees are the ones who have to stand up without any guilt and even feel some shame. In summary, my experience was bad, I am not saying that nobody rents with Somport Caravaning but I do advise that the vehicle be checked a lot with photos and videos before picking it up and signing anything.

I rented a motorhome to go north for a weekend with my friends and it has been a great experience. The motorhome was very clean, they perfectly explained all the operation and installation, if you have any questions by calling they will solve it immediately. Unfortunately we had a foreign accident on our hands. A stone fell from a ravine, breaking the front window and several damages, we lost the deposit and 4-5 days of our trip because your insurance replaced the moon until days later. We tried to reach an agreement with them and their insurance (since the stone fell unfortunately and without us being able to do anything) but they closed in band. Now we have rented with another company and very well. Not recommendable.

We do have it clear and we will not repeat with this company. Our experience was similar, with many things to repair in the van, some we detected when we picked it up, others during the rental. You try not to give it importance so as not to upset the trip, but there were too many things and several of importance, and the lack of maintenance compromised safety. We complained when returning it and the answer was that we had said it before. There are many alternatives to gamble with an unprofessional company.
