They do not answer the phone when they call, they do not send emails notifying that they have already published the room on their website. A part I put a room on sale on May 17, I spent money to make it more visible by paying 5 euros and as the room was to spend on 18, 17 at 00h had already removed the offer, at least They could have kept it until check-in time at 12 o'clock to give time to people who look at the last minute.
I am unhappy with the management of reservations on this website. I would not recommend it.
