What at first seemed like a professional and friendly treatment, has become one of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. With the outbreak of the pandemic, our trip was canceled, with the bad luck that we had already delivered a significant part of the money on account of it. Waiting, as it would seem normal, for a response from the office that has been managing everything for us, we have found ourselves with a totally irresponsible attitude, as they have directed us to its headquarters, thus depriving us of any power of complaint. . So far we have not received any news of the return of our deposit, just a letter of apology which, after all the treatment received, seems more of a mockery than anything else. We will not visit this office again for the treatment received. We do not recommend this travel agency to anyone, as precisely what is sought there is responsibility, care and safety. Items we didn't find here.

Very bad experience. We made the payment of 1,000 euros on account of a trip to Costa Rica, and the Covid told us that it was impossible to make the trip and that it had to be canceled. When they return the deposit of 1,000 euros, they wash their hands and tell us that we claim it from the central office, that they can't do anything about it ... And from the central office they give absolutely no answer. Absolutely outrageous. Not recommended and very unprofessional. We will not recommend it to anyone. Be very careful if you make a payment to Nautalia.
