Very rude reception. I understand the COVID measures, but they have treated my daughters like dogs, making them out of reception because we were too many. I have no guilt about having three children ... Things can be said in many ways. ---- Thanks for the reply. From the wording, I would venture to say that there is something that does not roll. I’m glad I didn’t put my son in your hands. For my profession, every day I have to be very demanding with COVID measures. I don’t understand how they take the license to judge me if they don’t even know me. I’m talking about education. In ways. I walked in saying “Good afternoon” and only found a receptionist with a bad face asking what we were doing there. After saying we had an appointment, he told me he missed her a lot (instead of making sure before checking to see if we had time). He then told me that it was impossible to visit the three children, while I tried to make him understand that I had only asked for an appointment for my son. And he finally told them to go out in very bad ways to my daughters. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people with complicated work situations and maybe, this lady doesn’t value having a job. A person who is dedicated to care must first be EDUCATED. And a smile is always welcome.

My experience as a user of the clinic Dr. Hernandez has always been exceptionally professional with both human and professional treatment, explaining at all times which treatment is most appropriate according to circumstances. Appropriate clinic according to Covid-19 safety parameters. I have no hesitation in following it whenever I need it.

The service has really been fast and effective. The entire clinic is well equipped and the doctor has a pleasant relationship with the patient, as this has been my case. The results have been remarkable and consistent. I only have thanks for the clinic.

I only have words of thanks for the entire human team that makes up this clinic. From minute 1 you feel at home! The doctor who did the curettage and the splint did it with all the delicacy in the world, I didn't even know about it! And the assistant, Alba, I think it's called, a 10 !! Treats you like family! Without a doubt this has become my reference center and the one that I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!!
