My experience is quite bad, more specifically with its owner, not with the staff in charge, they are professionals. We wanted to install a countertop, in a single piece, which was agreed upon; They came and installed it and correct, the payment was made, although there was my mistake, due to ignorance or ignorance, the piece was placed with a cut "in two parts" After consulting several professionals, they all let me know that it is a error of this company to install it in two pieces,. When in contact with the owner, his attitude is defensive and reluctant to admit mistakes, never letting me speak at any time, even yelling at me and offering me no solution to my problem. He made the decision without consulting me to make such a cut, giving a series of explanations without any kind of credibility, it is more when I asked for the claims book, he told me that he had not immediately hung up on me. I recommend considering other options before going to this company, which its manager leaves much to be desired.
