Bad experience, they make us pay a maintenance service after 20 days have elapsed since the end of the maintenance contract, which we had contracted and paid for annually. With extensive history of vehicle purchases and visits to this workshop.
They do not take into account the special circumstances of the storm, where we have not been able to remove the vehicles, or the Covid where all the deadlines have been extended.
They get zero customer loyalty, here they have certainly lost one.
Just review the bad of the after sales service and the deception of the advertising they give, we bought a series 1 and they were supposed to leave us a replacement car in case of breakdown or accident (that's what it says in a booklet they give you when you buy it) and nothing to see, quite the opposite and not once but twice they have not "been able" because supposedly there are no replacement cars.
With the respective inconveniences caused and money spent on a rental car paid for with our money.
A pity that they have such a bad post-sale service and also cheat with a service that they are supposed to give the customer.
Not to mention that the browser from the same day I bought it needed an update that to this day has not yet been done.
Lousy phone support. They attend from the switchboard and you don't go from there.
I have called twice and sent two contact questionnaires and they don't answer. They will be overwhelmed I suppose.
They gave us a quick appointment for the workshop to pass the review and they were very kind. You need something from the guarantee and for that I have been summoned for within 2 weeks ...
