This dealership was recommended to me by a friend of mine because of their good experience. I have to say that reading some bad comments made me doubt many times and mistrust something ...
But the experience has been very good, they answered me whenever I called. The car was delivered to me on the agreed day. The car is perfect, it arrived clean and as it was published on the website
Regarding the treatment, they were very correct, kind and helped me with everything, even waiting for me after hours to pick up the car.
As for the car, I can't say much because I have it a day ago but everything I have tested works correctly, later I will say how it goes with it.
It is clear that it never rains to everyone's liking, but we buy machines with thousands of parts that can fail.
Some real scammers. I bought a Volvo with them and a warning light came on, which they told me was due to the low battery after the car had been stopped for a long time after confinement due to the pandemic. I do not know how or where they passed the ITV of the vehicle with this deficiency.
As I took the car, the warning light came back on and I wrote to the dealer, still today, three months later, with no response.
On the other hand, they agreed to send me the documentation of the vehicle in my name and, as I have indicated, about the 90 days of the provisional permit, I do not know anything about the documentation and they do not even pick up the phone. Some book scammers.
Be careful with the guarantee that they sell you, since it does not cover automatic gearboxes (not even if the extended guarantee is contracted) and many other things. Read the fine print well before signing anything that these people sell you.
I don't give them a lower score because you can't. Run away from this dealer.
Highly recommend, buy a 2006 passat and it has not given me any problem. The staff very attentive and clear solving my doubts. The guarantee they offer covered a small mishap that was perfectly solved. For the treatment and above all the guarantees, I was very satisfied with the service provided.
5 stars, very attentive and serious, we bought a car months ago, we had a small breakdown and alcauto took care of everything, they repaired it immediately and it did not cost me a single euro, they responded well and quickly, I recommend without a doubt.
