Bad service, I was attended by a person of Latin origin in bad manners. I arrived two minutes before and he told me that they had a lot of people and that if I wanted to go back to my time or wait. To make matters worse, when he served me, he pretained the article at 120 euros and he told me that it was impossible that it would be a mistake and he gave me 80, he went to ask a supposed manager and came back with another higher offer ..... All this with an air of superiority and without any empathy as if we were rabble.

I sold a totally new mobile, because they had given me another one. I pretased it on the website and they offered me 120 euros if I took it to the store, so I took it. Once there, they told me that it was impossible that it would have cost me 120 euros (and that I brought the printed pre-appraisal), that it would be an error on the website. He offered me 80 euros. In the end and after asking, supposedly, the manager left it for me at 100 euros, as if he were saving my life. The nefarious treatment, they treat you as if they were superior to you. I will not come back.

Scammers, fake online and in-store appraisals offer less than half. DEAD OF HUNGER!

This afternoon and I went to sell a camera and I left the battery on the counter, I called and they told me that it was there, I stopped by to pick it up and the company that buys tells me that it does not have it and on top of that, to attend to me, it was put on edge. The battery that they gave me for the camera is more unprofessional, they are going to sell something and they treat you as if you were needy I will not return
