A few weeks ago, already in 2020 and after almost 2 years of long process, we have received the TEAC ruling by which our appeal is upheld, dismissing the blatantly erroneous liability derivation process initiated by the Cuenca AEAT. Without a doubt, the mere fact of getting to the starting point and having been able to prove that we are totally innocent has been a great success that would not have been possible without the help of A&P Barba Abogados.
