A zero in attention to the citizen. Two months waiting for the resolution of a disability card renewal and I have no news whatsoever, they do not answer the calls, neither at the switchboard nor at the supposedly competent extension. I want information on this subject is my right. Your main interest must be the citizen !!! If not, what are they voting for?

0 in cleanliness, what a shame about the city, with how beautiful it is and how dirty it is ... What a shame ... More cleanliness that later we presume to be a world heritage city ...

cleaning services with sweepers at 7 in the morning, great ... trash cans bursting every day ... is what has a trillion new homes and zero new containers

- Lack of cleanliness throughout the city (except Pza. Cervantes). - Lack of green areas and the few that there are hardly have cleaning and conservation. - Little investment in citizen demands.
