He came out with a huge neck wound. I realized when we arrived at my house, at no time when we went to pick him up did they say anything about the wound, they would think that we would not notice. I came back asking for explanations, they always said no, that I was coming with that. Really? Do you think that I don't take care of my dog ​​and I don't notice if something has been done? And more if it is an area where they love to be caressed ????? Anyway ... The case was that I went there to ask for explanations, they refused at all times that the wound was done by them, I asked for the claim form, they said that they did not have it ... (This is illegal and could have called the police). Even more annoying, I asked in a rude and demanding way for the claim sheet, since I thought they were lying to me so that I could leave. After this I was treated fatally, for asking for a claim sheet after my dog ​​was injured. To all this insulting me calling me stupid that I could not go like this through life xD. I repeat, FOR REQUESTING A CLAIM SHEET BY INJURING MY DOG. They also behaved like cool people. In the end they had to print one. This is the true face of these people, that is how they act when they still hurt an animal, denying it and insulting it.
