Grim after-sale care. It was not even 4 months ago that we contracted with this company to install two split air conditioners, and the noise produced by the condensate pump in the bedroom appliance does not let you sleep. When I mentioned it to them, they responded in a arrogant and arrogant way, and after the visit of their installers to my house, who did not even know what type of pump they had installed and of course they did not deny that it sounded too much, when I contacted again boilers and boilers, they tell me that they are not responsible and that I must pay for their error. Even when I offered them the possibility of a specialized company to carry out the noise measurements at my expense and if they exceeded the specified levels they would bear the costs of the test and repair, they said that they did not bear any responsibility . And do not be fooled, they are the same as the Google reference for boilers and boilers, which have a much worse score and more appropriate to their service, you can see that both have the same phone number.
