Lovely people, 5 months ago I bought a Gran Cherokee and great! Thanks for everything
We bought them a car with a supposed guarantee, the car from the first minute failing we took it to the workshop and it had hidden defects, a budget of € 2300 that neither they nor the guarantee they give does not cover anything. They do not answer the messages and do not give solutions. It is preferable to buy somewhere more reliable, here they buy cars with breakdowns, they modify them so that they are not noticed and they feather them to customers.
The worst sale I have ever known !! buy them vehicles that are going to be very expensive ,,, they dedicate themselves to casqueting cars with blows that they repair themselves and when you buy it in a short time surprises jump. The girl is very nice to sell you but don't be fooled! The guarantee does not cover 10% of the breakdowns. ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING TO GET A TRAFFIC REPORT FROM THE CAR THAT YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY TELL YOU THAT IT HAS 1 OWNER AND IN REALITY THEY ARE 6 painful all. later I will upload all the tests

A FEW DAYS CAME OUT, BUT IMMEDIATELY THEY ANSWERED ME, AND IN A QUESTION OF A WEEK IT WAS SOLVED.
THE WARRANTY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR ROSA'S ATTENTION IN THE OFFICE AND CRISTIAN'S ATTENTION IN THE SHIP TEACHING ME EVERYONE AND EVERY ONE OF THE CARS BESIDES I WAS LATE AND THEY WERE WITH ME ALMOST UNTIL 9 AND A HALF OF THE NIGHT A VERY RECOMMENDED TREATMENT. THANK YOU AND A VERY CORDIAL GREETING
