Very disappointed in them. All very well until the return from confinement in which the staff has continually changed so that the jobs and comments of the professionals who are no longer there have been forgotten and are questioned by the staff who were not there at the time or due to ignorance. They gave me on May 31 a fairly improvable retainer so that my daughter would not be without it for so long and they told me that although it was defective (at first they wanted to repeat it but given the time that my daughter had been without it I did the fix), I paid for the standard price of 120 euros (the fool I know it was me to pay). They told me to come back in a month to see how it was. We went in in the summer and for some reasons and others we didn't go even though my daughter had already cracked her teeth. Upon returning from our vacation and with the intention of going to repeat it, unfortunately our puppy ended up breaking it. Now when we go to consultation we have been humiliated by telling us that as the retainer is, it cannot be shown that it was defective. It is sad to see that they say that I have made everything up and take advantage of the fact that the dog has finished breaking it to cling to the idea that I have to pay for it if I want another. I have asked them to ask the staff at the end of May to verify what I say because it does not appear in the medical record, they do not even know who did it. Apparently they do not document the medical records since I forgot to say that a previous retainer from May was not given to us because it was defective and that has not even been put in the history. Today's treatment has been quite unpleasant, in particular that of the supposed responsible for making the decision, a doctor that I had never seen and who with enough arrogance has completed in the claims sheet that I have since it could not be verified what they I said. I have nothing to do but invent it! They could gather some information from the staff at the time who may be on the street. The situation is difficult for everyone and it is very sad that to get money they take advantage of the misfortunes of others. The usual orthodontist a 10 before and now, the rest a shame in terms of treatment. I will not return and I will finish the treatment in another place where they treat me with respect and not implying that I am a liar when the operation of the clinic in May was a disaster that could surely be demonstrated with other patients.
