The food was pretty good but the service was bad and really slow. We waited over an hour for spaghetti and pizza

The food was ok. Nothing special. But the waiter had us waiting eternally for the menu, for a glass of water, for some salt.....

Absolutely terrible. I live in El Escorial and the food is generally bad, but this is beyond words. Don't eat in this restaurant!!!
