I had an appointment to cut my dog's hair on 05/27/2020 at 11:00 am and the groomer did not appear and they did not even call me to tell me that he was late. I was waiting half an hour and he didn't show up with what I left. Likewise, the vet, who if he was there, did nothing but disassociate himself and did not show much interest even in locating the hairdresser.
Zero recommended and very unprofessional.
They gave me a kitten and seeing comments from veterinarians near my area, I opted for this clinic because of the good comments it had. After a while, the truth is that I am very happy to have found Gabriel. He is a great professional, you can see that he loves his profession and advises you perfectly on everything. Reference clinic without a doubt in the El Escorial area.
