I go to their store for my purchases for home brewing, and they present the most extensive catalog I have found. Very well organized catalog with good explanations. They also have a recipe, which I found interesting. They dedicate themselves to many different things in the kitchen field, but without getting lost along the way, managing to be one of the best in each of them.

The gift did not arrive on time because it was sent with a company that does not deliver at the time indicated when placing the order; They neither warned before sending nor gave a solution. The reception could be from 8 am to 2 pm ... it does not seem like a very small window. If the specifications tell you that it is ONLY open until 2:00 p.m. and they will not be able to get it to you in that time slot, to notify before sending the order would be the logical thing, I understand. If you have to pay more to make it arrive one morning, let them know and then everyone who chooses. Courier companies usually come to the specified address and manage to do it before 2:00 p.m. without paying a supplement.

I found this website by accident; We struggle to get ingredients for Indian and Chinese cuisine here in rural Spain. The items are very reasonably priced and everything I needed. I placed an order at 2.30pm yesterday and the box arrived via GLS at 10.30am this morning. What amazing service, all for 5.50 euros. Five more stars !!

Charmed!! I am a beginner in "technical cooking" so to speak, and at the moment I think that both for the price, the content of the web that explains how and for what to use things (quite useful if it is the first time you hear about ascorbic acid for example) as for the variety of products I think I have to go learning and testing until the kitchen explodes. I placed my first order last week with a couple of little things to try to make DIM SUM and I am looking forward to the texturing kit available to order. You have a new gauge to the store of course. 👌👌
