I have lived in Parla for 5 years, my boyfriend and I go to this center and we are delighted. The treatment we receive from the moment we enter until we leave cannot be better, they always attend to our emergencies quickly and the doctors have earned our trust 100%. They take care of our health, which is the most important thing for me. I recommend it!

I have taken my son to this center since he was born and the treatment has been the best. When I was little I had infections that forced me to take him to the emergency room every two by three and with anguish that this caused me as a new mother. They always attended to me quickly and were kind to me.

The Clinic has two premises, the one for the physiotherapy part is better not to go, the reception is terrible, in particular a young lady with flowers on her head who does not know the health security that we have to keep for COVID, asks for your mobile device to write down the number of the insurance card and manipulate it while touching the mask continuously, I had to disinfect it when he returned it to me, the consultation is worse, they do not disinfect the stretcher after being previously used by another patient, they only pull the roll of paper that does not completely cover the stretcher and they do it as if the doctor paid for it. All this with an unpleasant treatment, both at reception and in the consultation. I am not going back into the Clinic. P.S. Do not take out an insurance policy DKV FAMEDIC PROFESSIONAL is cheap and very limited, in my town you can only go to this clinic and it is cheaper and safer to go to a healer.

I have been there twice, (at the end of 2019 and this week) I can only say that it is inconceivable that they have such a rude, unfriendly and borderline person at the reception. The first time I went, I thought it was a specific moment (we all have bad days), but no, from the comments I read here I see that it is ALWAYS like this. I do not understand how they can keep this person in the position who gives such a negative image and predisposes patients when entering this establishment, it is the first image of the clinic that people have, and it is very negative. I work at a reception and I know first-hand what I'm talking about.

They ask you for an appointment to perform a blood draw. They give me an appointment at 9:20 but they see me at 9:55. Meanwhile, the girls at the reception sneak in without hesitation and in full view of all of us who are waiting for a girl who has arrived without an appointment. Shameful. Next time I will have to find another center.
