My daughter ordered some products and knowing that they would be late, we never thought it would be an odyssey. They sent him three emails telling him three times that they would arrive throughout the day and the last when they knocked on the door (that's what they said) and we did not answer, they opened an incident of absent (we are three at home and a dog and nobody has heard anything). I will try to buy in other more serious stores.
