A humiliating treatment from the reception woman Dec 1, 2020. They close at 9:00 p.m., we have arrived at 8:05 p.m. and he has not allowed us to enter the wake. Nobody has explained to him that he works in a mortuary and he owes respect to the visitors, it is not a supermarket.

We left the room at 8:00 p.m. as requested and when we returned in the morning embarrassing, nothing picked up, dirty bathrooms, no cleaning, and last but not least they had my mother who in this case was the widow at 3:00 p.m. at 40 degrees in the He was quiet for half an hour without letting her in to sit down. Very little sensitivity on the part of the reception lady, Nuria. Also thank the Security boy for his treatment, the poor man had tears when he saw my mother. Nobody likes to be in a mortuary, but since unfortunately you have to go, at least it is as bearable as possible. Due to the coronavirus they close from 8 in the afternoon to 8 in the morning, when we returned at 8, the room was not cleaned or disinfected, neither the room nor the service. They already did it mid-morning, but there was no disinfection of any kind. Users are forced to comply with a series of standards, which seems fine to me, but they do not comply with theirs. They do not have a hydrogel dispenser in the rooms for hand disinfection. The cafeteria at 5:00 p.m. they close it. Bad customer support
