Untimely, they change the schedule when they feel like it, a single hairdresser working ... if the owner thinks that by minimizing personnel he saves and will earn more money, spend a day at your business ... you are losing money for sure. People get tired of waiting and receiving lousy service ...

Regrettable. They tell us that we have to wait 30 minutes to cut a child's hair. We decided to do it on the street to avoid risks (we are in the midst of a pandemic) ... The wait lasts up to an hour and a half. Occasionally we ask and they just say "there is a time." Finally they come out to tell us that if we don't mind leaving and coming back the next day, which doesn't take long, after making us miss the entire afternoon ... Obviously we won't be back. Feeling that the customer cares zero, negligence and antipathy. In short, little seriousness. A place not to go.
