I do not recommend the site. My mother left them the apartment to rent it, since we are working outside of Spain. A little more than 7 months ago some tenants brought us into our house, telling my mother that they are friends and that she recommends them with complete confidence. They paid my mother a month's rent and then they didn't pay anything back. We didn't even have a telephone number for them and we haven't been able to get close to the apartment. My mother is an old woman, she can barely walk. The season of confinement has come, we were not able to enter Spain either. We have asked for help from the real estate agency, but they gave us long, which we will see, that we solve it, that we have to meet with them. We recently had to hire an eviction company and we have recovered the apartment. The quality of the floor is inexplicable. Renting the apartment with this real estate agency has cost us money, annoyance and humiliation. I hope our experience serves as an example.

The treatment in the process of buying a home could not be better by the entire Gestion 3 team, especially Emilio. Of course, if I had to recommend one of the many real estate agencies that we visit in the search for housing, it would be this one, I have nothing negative to say, everything has been very easy and bearable, they took care of everything in the process.
