Professionalism and speed. Thank you very much
Excellent professionals! Less than a week passed from when I contacted them until I had the boiler installed. The work done was good and fast with a professional and friendly treatment. The day after the installation, the boiler stopped working and when I called them to indicate it, they put me in contact directly with the technical service and, in addition, they came back to my house to check if the problem was with the installation or with their own boiler. After spending until 23:00 at night trying to solve the problem, it was seen that the problem was with the boiler pump and that it came from the factory like that, not being able to do more. The next day (Saturday) the boiler's technical service came and told me that it would not be possible to change the pump until Monday at the earliest. Putting this in Miguel's knowledge, they called me after a while to tell me that they would take over and change the boiler for a new one directly so that it would not be without heating on the weekend. On the same Saturday afternoon I had a new boiler running without problems. They have proven to be great professionals and concern for their clients, so, without a doubt, I can only recommend this company for their professionalism, good work and kindness.

After contacting several companies that gave me many problems for the installation due to the characteristics of where the old boiler was placed, I finally found this company, from when I spoke with them to request a quote until they installed it for me, less than a week. The two people who installed it 100% recommended, explain everything to you and leave everything super clean and collected when they leave.
