The treatment is unbeatable, nice and professional people who care about animals. At the time of adopting it, it was as it should be, a long but simple process, I did the questionnaire and the interview and I waited for them to call me. I also spayed my dog ​​with them and the operation was superb. The recovery was super quick and easy due to the information and advice of these professionals. It was the first time that I went with the dog for rabies, he treated me kindly but without gloves without a mask without a protection panel, it seemed strange to me. He asked me to pay before the vaccine also seemed strange to me. When I went to pay with a card, he told me that this vaccine could not be paid like that, how? I told him I had no other means and after 5 minutes he came with a dataphone so if he could, when he went to the consultation the vet already had the syringe with the vaccine on the table, normally and in all clinics you They unsealed the bottle and did it in front of you, it did not seem correct and without a mask and without gloves, of course, many irregularities in 15 minutes I will not return again

Happy to have adopted our little Elsa and to have known the Clinic. They helped us from minute 1 with everything, the adoption in Vida con Perros, the treatments and all our doubts. Stop going to this clinic because I feel cheated, I have been taking my dog ​​and seeing that they only take money from me and there was no improvement and decided to go to another clinic and I am even more pissed off knowing that they have been laughing at me and playing with my dog's health, they don't use gloves, the material is not sterile, you go to consult they charge you and they haven't solved anything, they don't know how to handle the situation, they charge you 15 eu for 6 pills ... Anyway, they don't see me there anymore.

I put a star because less does not leave me. We wanted to neuter my 2 year old dog who weighs 40kg. We inform ourselves of the price up to 2 times. We speak with two different people, a man and a woman, the two agree on the price. We set a date for the operation and when we got there with the dog fasting for more than 10 hours without drinking water, they told us that they had made a mistake with the price, all in a passive attitude without showing interest in working. Being a mistake of theirs that unless they assume it and operate it, not content they ask for double money moments before the operation. Without any shame, nor regret for my dog ​​who was ready for the operation, nor with us who were nervous about the intervention. In short, a deal that leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend it. You will see in the hands of whom you put the lives of your companions, I will certainly not be with them
