Very bad lousy. A week ago I took my dog ​​King to see me, if he explored me and gave him an antibiotic, we went home and after a while it got much worse, we called Dr. Deza at the emergency number and he didn't even answer us. We took King to another clinic, since this LORD did not answer us, and there he stopped and the next day after trying to revive him King died. 😭 If this man had shown more interest if he had probably returned our call, or not who knows, King would be here. Just give thanks to this "DOCTOR" for his passivity and indifference with our mascot King.

A surreal thing has happened to me, it turns out that I am going to give the rabies vaccine to my dog, the Dr tells me that I gave him the card and wait in the waiting room, who did not even wear the protective mask for the covid 19. after a few minutes he tells me that I can come in with my dog ​​and I put her on the table. He tells me to remove the leash, and after a few seconds he tells me that he has already put it on when at no time has he touched my dog ​​or even snuggled up. Very surprised, I ask him for a claim sheet, to which he replies that he is not going to give it to me and that I leave. At that time I call the police, who with their help gives me a document with their collegiate number to report them to the veterinary college of the community of Madrid. I will never return

I leave without giving credit ... I am going to do an analysis to my cat for a sterilization, and the only thing that he does after having me waiting for a good time, is to shave the hair of the paw, claiming that "the cat is nervous "... Very unprofessional, of course I lost time for nothing ... Above is more expensive being half the price than in other clinics. I have had the feeling that he did not feel like attending to my cat. I will never come back.

I have come because he is supposed to be a veterinarian, looking for a product that they sell in this type of premises rather than a pharmacy, and yet he tells me that the Vetericyn is a pharmacy when it is a pet product. Mr. an edge and does not help, I will not go again. I have gone to the pharmacy and I have been told that they sell it to veterinarians, since it is a pet product, it seems that someone does not know what job it is.

I just hope that the veterinarian who was working with you has already thrown him out, because he had no compassion for the animals, he was just a cashier, I stopped coming back for that man and because of that man you lost many clients. What a shame that there are people who take the race out of boredom and not because they like their job
