I am amazed at the negative reviews, in my case I can only be grateful for life. My dog ingested a foreign body from the garbage (Pillory bone) and I can only say that they saved his life, but really, it is a chihuahua of 2 kilos, so the operation was complicated due to its small stomach. Today I continue to thank you for acting so fast and for the care that Miguel took, if it hadn't been for me I don't know what I would have done ..... My two cats were neutered there and great. And then my dog king, he was neutered and they removed a lump of fat that was lower than the abdominal area would be and also great and quick recovery. They will always get vaccinated there and everything that is necessary, in the case of cats for 5 years and king for 3 years, I do recommend it, the girl at the reception (I always forget the name 😅) is a real love, and he treats him with a lot of care and affection, and notice that my dwarf is a grumpy, thank you guys!

Customer service is not very good, they have you waiting and there is no one at the reception. They have two people for everything and it gives a very bad image. My dog became very serious because he was not followed up at any time. Now they send things that they could have sent a long time ago. It seems that you have to get the information out of them with a corkscrew, they do not advise you properly when they have to do it, as long as you don't ask, they don't tell you. By the way, it must be that they do not have heating because the clinic is frozen

Zero recommended. When we left this clinic we did not leave a review because both my husband and I were devastated but we have always thought that this system is a good idea to be able to warn others of what is actually going on behind the scenes, in case it works for someone. .. Two years ago we had a very bad experience at this veterinary hospital. We had welcomed a mastiff puppy and one day, suddenly, when we got home, she was very sick. We took her to her leave and from there we went to this hospital because she needed urgent care. Since we entered through the door, we were attended by presumably unqualified personnel as they went from one place to the other, lengthening a moment that was to run and not waste a single second. They were consulting a book as if the answers to everything were there for quite some time. Once she tested positive for a rapid test for coronavirus (canine), she was admitted and tested several times and, finally, they decided to intervene. As they came and went with her from one side to the other, they hit her on the head like in a bad movie. The book all the time, passing it from one to the other. When the vet who seemed to have more experience arrived - quite a while later - he called me to see the result of the echo and pointed it out to me and asked: "How long has this little dog been suffering?" And I perplexed I told him, from today, when we get home, that we know. There were no symptoms, he had even gone to our trusted party repeatedly (we have another bitch) and everything was "fine". Finally, they notify us to "see" her without warning that she had already passed away. I had to figure it out while stroking him. Lack of tact, not only stays here but in a great hurry - without giving us just time to say goodbye or giving us time or space - they ask us to pay the bill and they try to sell us a thousand things in an incineration package. An experience that would not wish anyone.

Only the boss is worth, the rest for nothing They leave a track on the dog and refuse to take it off, all this when it was no longer needed. We are going to put medication on him and they tell us to stand him up to puncture him, or put him on the table or anything, you need to be professionals. Good thing we left that vet.
