Adela is super nice and attentive, from my house we take 3 of my dogs and 4 of my mother, that said we are both delighted with the treatment, affection and professionalism. They open when they want, they don't have continuity, I took my two cats to get deworming and put a chip in, they told me to call at the end of the week to make an appointment and to give her the second deworming pill, and they told me they would keep the Primer and the second pill for the end of the week. They neither pick up the phone to make an appointment nor return calls, I have called more than 50 times and sent emails and nothing at all. Today I show up there, they tell me they don't have the card and after looking in a folder a GO! He tells me that he does not know where the other is, and that he makes me a duplicate, I will go back after 45 min and not only has he not done it, but that he makes me wait. and once again I am leaving without the cards, not to mention that they charged me for a deworming that was never done. It seems to me a lack of professionalism all! They only know how to say I'm sorry, but they don't fix anything. In addition to leaving half treatments that are already paid.
