We had to go on several occasions and they treated us very well, in the emergency room it happens like in everything if a lot of people accumulate, you have to wait a while, but they are very professional and every time my pets need it, I will return. Thank you.

It's going to be a year since my poor Budy's departure. He was admitted for ten days without any improvement. Every day a different vet told us that it was serious, but that he was young and we were going to try, we did everything they told us, even plasma transfusion and Budy did not improve. My soul fell every time I saw him, absent and without knowing each other, taking him out to spend half an hour, to a place that was not even worthy of them. Alone in a cage for ten days, without eating, vomiting and with diarrhea. They put a nasogastric tube at 4 days, I felt cheated and the worst thing is that they investigated with my dog. This is how we feel. We had to say goodbye to him after ten days of suffering. I will never return and I certainly do not advise anyone. If Budy had no solution, it was not necessary to have him alone for ten days having a hard time without his family. Ah according to them it was pancreatitis, something that cannot be cured. Very disappointed and sad.
