Shameful the deal, before I go down to Madrid to have to go to this pharmacy. If you do not want to work, give the business to another pharmacist, who will surely do their job with more vocation and education.

I go to the emergency department and the man in very bad ways tells me that although I am on duty the pharmacy does not attend certain towns, I do not quite understand since it is not a health center but a pharmacy on call. All this tells me loudly. He refuses to sell me medicine, he just screams and screams. Finally he sells it to me, but if I know it, I go to another pharmacy even if it is further away. I will not come back.

SHAMEFUL. The owner (I think he is called Julián Sanz) has refused to sell me masks because, and I quote, "they are reserved for acquaintances." It goes without saying that the professionalism and education of this individual is conspicuous by his absence. I thank you for having obtained your college number because the complaint is imminent.

When calling the pharmacy on duty, the Lord's treatment was unfortunate, zero respect and empathy with a client. I hope I never have to go. I write reviews but this energy deserves it and it's 2 in the morning
