On April 26, 1956, the Marquis de la Valdavia, President of the Diputación de Madrid, opened the Francisco Gálvez School Forestry Preserve in Villar del Olmo. On May 16, 1998 Carlos Mayor Oreja reopened him by announcing an important budget item for its conservation and maintenance. Adding to it some elements that improve it. With the name of "Los pinos" we know the locals. It is currently called the Pililla Forest Park.
