Hello, In response to a post from the Muñoz de Blas clinic to Judit's post of January 20, 2021. To say that we had an appointment (see photo) for January 23, 2021 that we canceled and the concern about the measures against the coronavirus was motivated by a Previous appointment of January 5, 2021 in which we were made to wait in the waiting room for more than 40 minutes with another person and with the receptionist. My perception is that there is no ventilation, except when the doors are opened and it was demonstrated when Judit appeared there and was not taught any filtration or ventilation measures. She was because you invited her to come by phone (she was not notified that she needed an appointment) and, when she arrived, the clinic was empty as it was late in the afternoon and, even so, due to responsibility, she waited on the street, despite that you were invited to wait in the waiting room. Very not recommended in the current situation. I called to find out about his covid protocol and they invited me to go see him. This afternoon I passed by and there is nothing, no ventilation or filters. Just a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel (or something like that) on the counter. The person at the reception told me that if I was concerned about the issue, I'd better call somewhere else ... if they had told me when I called I would have saved the walk !!

The treatment is phenomenal, it is the reference clinic for me and mine. We have never had any problems and we will continue to treat each other there whenever we need it.
