Ambulatorio Barajas

I want to record here the treatment I received from a doctor. I had COVID and I was treated by my family doctor without any problem, everything was correct, they did the test and I tested positive. He told me to stay home for 10 days and then they would call me. After 10 days, another person called me since my doctor was absent. This lady asked me about my symptoms and I replied that I was very weak and doubted that I would be able to go to work the next day. To which he replied that the sickness due to COVID is 10 days. I suppose there are casualties for other things too, it doesn't have to be sick for COVID. I told him that I worked for the public at the airport and that I did not think I was able to go. He said if I was in such bad shape to stop eating and just drink serum all day. The point is, he barely listened to me. He told me that he would call me the next day to discharge me, I asked for his name and he hung up on me loudly and in a bad way. He called me the next day and I told him again that I was in no condition to go to work. He spoke badly to me, hardly letting me speak and generating anxiety for the state of helplessness in which I found myself. He told me verbatim "if you feel so bad, go to Ramón y Cajal to the emergency room to have an X-ray done, you sit there and wait for them to treat you" to which I told him that I couldn't drive because of how bad I was. He answered that my mother could take me with an ironic tone, and he told me "he has taken your brother to school and let him take you too, LOOK AT THE THINGS I KNOW" (I was checked after that answer) (I had previously called my mother because her contact telephone number appears in my file and she drew that conclusion) and that she can take me by car. It seemed a rude gesture to me and I replied that I was not going to go with my mother in the same car so as not to infect her because she is a risk person. She said to me "well, you put on the mask because she takes your brother to school by car." (Information that seems unnecessary to me) The attitude of this lady seems unpresentable to me. I did not receive ANY KIND OF SOLUTION while sick. We are supposed to be in their hands and they treat us like that. I guess I can't do anything but at least I record the treatment received. I find it outrageous that a “doctor” has a duty to help us and we are treated like this. The next day I called the health center to make an appointment with another person, and without any problem he discharged me and told me what kind of medications I could take to improve my discomfort. Returning to the subject of the lady who attended me, it made me feel very helpless that someone like this could have the position they have.
