Friendly treatment, very professional staff and wishing at all times to help the client. Except in very specific moments, short and fluid tails. An excellent neighborhood branch.

Usually to use the ATM of this branch you have to catch air and hold your breath while typing at all chestnuts because it SMELLS YOU WANT. It is recommended to be accompanied and have someone hold the door open.

From my point of view and experience, Kutxa goes from bad to worse in its treatment of customers. Simple procedures that could be done online now force you to approach their offices that normally only open in the morning. They don't even allow a family member to go with your ID and a signed letter. I guess they must believe that normal people have the same schedules or that we don't work. Personally, I am thinking very seriously about leaving this entity definitively. The old generation that has retired was, also always from my humble point of view, much more decisive and less civil and bureaucratic.
