Void professionalism. A budget was requested for a Community. A revision of the amount was requested since it was 5 neighbors -minimum use-. There was no reduction and it was accepted by the Community. When it was going to be formalized (June 23), they give us as a start date June 1, disappearing 23 days in case of non-renewal and so they were told. The conversation with the manager / technician who answers the phone ended: "This is all very simple. I am not going to do the Mnto Contract. You are giving me a lot of problems." And it was they who installed the door. If you want to add a remote control to the installation, the amount is € 106.48 (33 remote control + 55 displacement + VAT). They install with installer code. If you have a Maintenance contract, you will have to wait for the review so that they do not charge the trip. I leave you my experience so that you have your own opinion.

The door broke on a Sunday morning. I called their emergency service and before I knew the door it was already fixed. Everything was super fast, I was treated quickly and with a formidable treatment. The price convinced me, it was very reasonable and very fair. I had a big problem on a Sunday, and it was resolved in a very short time. I was more than satisfied with the execution of the work done.
