We reserve a chicken by phone and when we go to the store after half an hour they tell us "that his partner had not pointed it out because he does not do things well and that he was very sorry, next customer." The store full of posters scares away customers of the type: "no chickens left, don't ask", "it's very hot, don't repeat it to us", "refrain from going in because there aren't any chickens left"
Terrible telephone attention. You call to make an order, they answer you wrong and it seems that you are asking for your food. I am not only interested in the quality of the food. Customer service is vital and this site is canceled. There are other options in Paracuellos👍🏼

The best rotisserie chicken I've ever had. I repeat every 2 weeks and I will never get tired of this rotisserie chicken. The portions are also delicious !! And they serve you great !!
