I have been this morning at the pharmacy with 3 recipes from Sanitas, the recipes were taken out by the printer as so many other times since my rheumatologist is in the La Zarzuela hospital and by far we do a lot of control by phone. When I arrived, the boy from the pharmacy told me that he couldn't give them to me, that they looked like photocopies and that he couldn't verify the authenticity, excuse me? And that in addition to that, the state of alarm had already ended and there were no telephone consultations questioning it twice, you can call Sanitas and they will tell you if they are done or not, furthermore I have tried to show them to you on the mobile in the Sanitas application and not even looked at it. I have explained to him that each recipe has a numbering and that you can see it by passing the scanner and he told me that he did not have a scanner and that he could not give it to me. I have gone to another pharmacy in Paracuellos and they have given them to me without problem, but what does not seem normal to me is that this boy looks at prescriptions as if he were a criminal and was falsifying prescriptions. In favor of the pharmacy I have to say that one day I went with a vertigo problem from a family member and I think the owner treated me, she was super friendly and professional, taking her time to help me in the consultation. I edit: There are 2 things that are not clear to me, as they will be signed by the prescriber if the recipes reach the Sanitas application, I am not going to consult exactly because of that, because you can send them to me electronically. And another question? You are the only pharmacy that does not give this type of prescription because it is the first time it happens to me, I suppose that the others will be just as strict with the protocols, right? Either way, the apologies are fully accepted.

Good attention, I do not give them 5 stars because I miss more variety of product (they have recently opened and I suppose that is why). Generally highly recommended.
