They are lovely. The girls in the morning are majestic and very professional and they help you great. I know them less in the afternoon but they are also very nice. The owner is super attentive and detailed and always gives you solutions for everything. It's nice to have a pharmacy like that. A ten.

I just returned from buying a medication that should be kept in the fridge. I have already suspected when, despite being a commission, it has taken almost 5 minutes to give it to me. But I touched him and it wasn't cold. I have told him if I was sure that he was in the fridge, and he replied that it is that how I come from the street and it is cold I do not notice it cold. We are at November 23 at 13:30, with 11 degrees of outside temperature and sun ..... Anyway. The mediation in question is worth more than 300 euros, and it will be easy to see if the cold chain has been respected or not. In my opinion it has not given him time to receive the order, and he has received it when I have arrived, hence the delay in serving me and that it was HOT. The next thing will be to call the COFM. Although the treatment is very good and they take care of you personally, they sold me a formula for my baby "highly recommended and good" that in addition to having palm oil and not warning me, I have compared it with the composition of the milk that I normally use , and it is much worse in quality, components and my baby does not taste good. Definitely; € 17 thrown away for a recommendation. When I told the pediatrician, he told me not to pay attention to the products they recommend at the pharmacy, that they shouldn't have told me to change it and that this practice is not good or professional because sometimes the brand is more important than the quality. Although I left happy that day because they treated me very well, I have had a very bad experience since I think they gave me a product to sell.
