I had been wanting to eat one of their tortillas for a long time because they had told me how delicious they were. I bought one the other day. We had a hard time eating it because of how dry it was and the huge amount of salt it had (and I like salt). The service was normal, I have no complaints about it. But the truth is that the tortilla left much to be desired and obviously I have lost the desire to repeat (I don't want to have to drink several bottles of water again)

The best omelette in Madrid! Although they were salted very salty before, they have rectified the point of salt and it is incredible, juicy and almost to be eaten with a spoon. Of course I will repeat. It is appreciated that an establishment listens to its customers.

Great Spanish omelette (if you like juicy and with lots of onion. Sadly, the very high turnover of staff makes us suspect that the treatment of this is not very good. It is also regrettable the requirement since summer 2020 to pay in advance, making all customers suspicious of sympathy. It is not elegant or kind to the customer. For these things I think I should lower my initial assessment which was very good

The Spanish omelette is impressive, the best I have ever eaten, and for which I have spent years escaping to Paracuellos for it. Intense flavor and smooth texture, pure delight. For me, the best tortilla in Spain by far. It is big, compact, honeyed and juicy but it does not get to be dripping, the perfect point. The potatoes are tender and toasted. Above at a good price and you can order it to go, with a loaf of delicious wood bread that they include, all for € 12. Too bad they don't open on Sundays (from here I launch the suggestion 😉). The omelette, as I have been able to know, is made by Luis Carlos, whom I finally met today, a magnificent uncle. He told me that he spent many years perfecting it until he reached the current recipe. Quite a phenomenon Luiscar, congratulations.
