Despite being one of the most expensive veterinarians in the area and whenever you go they put a supplement ... a pill ... to raise the ticket and they never give you a single consultation ... They have always treated us well But a few days ago, we had an emergency and ... We had to find another place. We called telling what was happening to our pet and they didn't want to give us an appointment ... He clearly told us that we will look for another clinic ... What a fabric! Of course, I will never return !!

Now with the coronavirus they only attend by appointment, normal and understandable. As I couldn't get close to the clinic, I called by phone to ask for an estimate for the sterilization and vaccination of two kittens. They told me to send an email for better information. Almost a month later I am still waiting for an answer to the two emails I sent ... Of course we have looked for another clinic that did answer our request for information ...
