Hello, I am a student at the school and I am tired of seeing how the parents who enroll their children here are dedicated to complaining about everything without knowing anything, none of you are inside the facilities for six hours in a row, and I can already tell you. that they will not find better teachers with a greater vocation than those who are in this center and I include both those of infant, primary, secondary and high school. The educational program is one of the best. Possibly, they have not seen another school in which games and objects are used so much to learn and I already tell them that the result is incredible because I have been here for around 12 years and it is not that I am gifted but my knowledge about many fields are quite wide. As a last detail, not to take too long, to tell you that if you are dissatisfied with the voluntary donation that is paid in this school, I do not understand it because you have to take into account that this is a concerted school, this means that the community does not pay us all from Madrid and that in some way we have to support the school financially, because thanks to this in this school we are taught a musical culture, an artistic culture and thanks to this we do not have to be mixed courses in the same class because there are enough teachers for all courses and for all unfolds. So please stop complaining so much because in one way or another this hurts the people who make up the school and are human beings and these comments hurt to a greater or lesser extent but they hurt if please reconsider what it is. they are writing and really think about the situation they are in. Thanks a lot.

I am the mother of a new student this year. The best of the school is the assigned tutor and Raquel, from the Secretary, for her infinite patience that I envy. At the meeting to get to know the school, which was "made to measure" (post-confinement), the principal gave us a very negative impression. When we were already determined to enroll two of our children (Infant and Primary) for facilities and educational project, his talk (which was going to be five minutes but it was an hour and a quarter, repeating that we take the accounts) made us rethink it. In my experience, the only thing that interests them is money. They make sign a commitment to pay a fee - remember, something illegal in a concerted school. Surprise # 1: I was guaranteed a pre-course or early tutoring meeting. No sign, although I have insisted. Surprise nº2: On the first day of the course, September 17, the first installment was already charged, in full despite giving less than half a month of class. Surprise # 3: Almost in November my son was still out of uniform. At the beginning there were understandable delays with the situation we live in; but in their case, they counted on having delivered parts that we never received. The first claim was made through the mail provided, because I have managed to get the phone to be picked up only once in more than 50 calls and I still wait for it to be returned to me, about ten minutes after my son left school -that It is not going to the dining room, so it is ruled out that they will take it off while. Despite that, they summon me to give me a solution three weeks later, with the intention that I solve it one day every day at ten in the morning. Since I refuse, since my partner and I work, I suggest a Friday afternoon. In addition to insisting that they had given me everything, telling me that it would be my son who had lost the missing clothes, and sending me to the Secretariat when it was closed, they had the audacity to tell me that I should have gone before to resolve this matter. I reminded them that they only attend by appointment, that they provide them, and that they cannot pretend that the parents of that school, that 90% of us have to work to pay, we go missing our working hours. I specifically asked what happened to the pieces that, due to their lack of clarity in the definition of the uniforms, which I also indicated in the request for them on the same petition sheet, would not be delivered to me. They told me they would not be billed. The next day I had a receipt for everything, what was originally delivered, what was finally delivered after 70 min. waiting and never delivered. Surprise # 4: there are payments that nobody informs you about. In addition to schooling, there are a few small quarterly fees for material that you are aware of. But at the beginning of the course, they also pay for their own materials created by the center for a value of almost € 50, in addition to the books. We are beneficiaries of the Accede program, but in addition to the books that this covers, they make you buy three additional volumes. The center provides them if you wish, yes, and does not require. But he gives them to you for return, and in our case we took photos of how one of the books, which of course we returned, from Science, was delivered as new when it was clearly used. Surprise 5: in my son's class there is a boy with, let's say, coexistence difficulties, who has the rest of the class terrified. Some classmates report nightmares or do not want to go to class. He has broken backpacks, glasses, insults with a vocabulary that makes one wonder where he comes from, and above all, he hits. The first time this happened, in a bubble class of only 15 children who had the paddle tennis court assigned as their playground, neither of the two adults who were in charge of their surveillance saw anything. According to the children, they were busy with their mobile. The school has been demanding a solution for this issue, but it does not give, it only answers with evasions. Surprise 6: they charge us for rejected textbooks the same day they arrive (the school provides them, as I have already indicated, but they were returned immediately) Judge for yourself if it convinces you.

We can't say anything good, everything has happened to us in two months, totally disappointed. They sell a methodology that they do not apply, zero accompaniment to the children, a lot of arrogance, lack of empathy and self-criticism. The facilities very well, but mainly used for extracurricular activities.
