Frankly wrong. We started the treatments (2 sisters) when the old boss was there, and normal, but now his daughter is in charge, and we have noticed a drastic change. They do not explain to us exactly what each treatment is, and they already wanted to open her palate for my sister when she will have 1 tooth less than normal, which is also very torturous. We have been there for 3 years, and we have left because really the prices were exorbitant as we took longer and had to pay more for each revision if you had only device up or down, than if you had in the 2 (which they have only told us something so in this clinic, after having asked for a budget in 2 more) I do not recommend it at all
