Be careful. I recently bought a SEAT ibiza from them . Last Friday (less than 3 weeks after buying the car) the gear stopped working with the gear pedal blocked down. I called the tow truck and returned the car to the shop where they kept it for 3 days. Yesterday they told me the car was perfect and has no problem. Hence, in the evening I went to collect the car and this morning the same problem showed up. This time I brought the car to a different garage where, they found out the problem is clutch's master and slave cylinders. Fixing this it will cost me around 400€. Bella Machina is refusing to pay the cost. They are asking me to bring back the car to their garage instead, with the description of the problem from the other garage of course. They had the car for 3 days and were not able to find, and solve the problem. Will you trust a garage like this? Be aware that the one year warranty the shop is advertising for the cars works only if you go to their garage. The same exact garage that was not able to find the clutch problem. I wish you good luck buying used cars in Spain, you will need it!

This was by far the worst car buying experience that I've ever had. I purchased a vehicle that I was told only had one owner. When I looked up the data, I found that the vehicle had 5 previous owners. Within the first 4 months of owning it, I had to take it to the shop 3 times, and they kept the vehicle for over 2 months in total (between all the service visits). The second major service was the result of a ruptured coolant hose. We had to get the vehicle towed in. We were told by the owner of the car dealership that we were going to have to pay for the repairs because it was our fault that the hose broke. It wasn't until we asked for the certificate of reclamation that he said that it would be covered under warranty. I have had the vehicle for one year now, and after putting only 6,000 KM on it, we can no longer drive it. The automatic transmission barely works and it has broken down along the side of the road twice (in just 6,000 kilometers). I have never left such a strong review/opinion before, but I felt it was necessary for this car dealer. I believe that they are criminals, and I am going to lose many thousands of dollars on this car (which we can no longer drive). My advice is to run away from this business as fast as you can!

What a great auto shop. I bought my BMW in , Bella Machina , looking at the web, found it, Ive sent them an email to reserve the car, payed it and a month later I came to spain to pick up it. real kms, book and paper proved, . Great customer service and follow-up, and very competitive rates. I change tires with them This place is great. They've worked and also inspected a car we were considering purchasing for my dad $$$. They saved us tons of money. Bellamachina Awesome place - I highly recommend it.
