He had had problems with the air conditioning for two years. I took him to Illescas, they gave me a thousand schedule facilities and both Mariano and Carlos were very kind, explaining what was happening to the car. They gave me a superb replacement vehicle, automatic hybrid with many features that solved my life during the week I had it. Everything super comfortable, I told them what was wrong, and in a week it was ready. They had to ask for a part outside and a thousand things, and I was so calm with my new replacement car. At the delivery, my car was fixed, clean ... really, amazing. That they make your life easy and give you solutions, with a good face and kindness, is wonderful.
