Very satisfied with the repair in my car, a very professional service, good treatment I recommend it 100% Both in painting the whole car and the mechanics that a great job was done pending the budget for the future revision
They say they call themselves official service. By appointment on September 3, 2020 notifying that my car is under warranty and that it has a noise in the front wheel. I am about to take the car on the day of the appointment and the girl at the reception tells me with little argument and little credibility that they must take it to official service in citycar Leganés that they have an agreement with them and that they will take my car there themselves. Not very credible thing and of course I would not leave my car with that excuse. I ask you please to have a mechanic look at it and say no. Of course this girl does not act alone but asked another boy in the office. One less client and I will record in mercerdes and citycar that it is true that they have an agreement with them to carry cars under warranty.
I took my GLE Coupe to my annual maintenance, I am delighted with the attention received from the reception of my vehicle with the reception girl, with the work done by the guys from the workshop. Good deal and they have already won me as a customer.
My experience with Davisa is totally POSITIVE, in the Workshop service it is efficient and totally recommendable and in the commercial part, good treatment before and after the purchase of the vehicle.
I accompanied a relative to see a vehicle, and possible future purchase. Great facilities, spacious, wide variety of vehicles, and several and different ranges. They impress the SUVs and more sports. Attentive, kind. A very interesting visit.
